Ludwell Valley Park Trail

About

A self-guided trail with five information boards exploring Ludwell Valley Park.

The information boards each show a different aspect of the valley park including its history, how it is farmed, hedgerows, its butterflies and wildflowers and the birds that can be found in the park.

The self-guided trail is a one and a half-mile route around the valley park designed to give people a set route around the valley park. Here they can enjoy a nice walk and discover the wildlife and fine views whilst also learning more about the park from the information boards on route.

Ludwell Valley Park is a 200-acre country park located in the Wonford area of the city and much of it has complete public open access. It is a working farm with cattle grazing the fields in the spring and summer and other areas set aside with arable crops having fantastic cornflower displays.
