Be Inspired: Exeter Illustrators

The Cafe at RAMM

Exeter Illustrators’ first group exhibition features a range of artistic styles including artwork for children’s books, observational drawings, wall murals, graphic novel illustration and character design. It includes new works to complement RAMM’s summer exhibition Sea Life and a collaborative piece based on iconic buildings in Exeter

Founded in early 2016, Exeter Illustrators began when a group of commercial artists discovered that they all worked in the same city. The award-winning illustrators decided to combine forces and give a platform to showcase the talent found on Exeter’s doorstep. Often overlooked by gallery spaces, illustration is an accessible, familiar, and versatile art form that it is used on anything from wine labels to billboards, children’s books to fashion design.

Artwork in this exhibition is for sale.
