Dumpling Workshop

St Sidwell's Centre, Sidwell Street, Exeter, EX4 6NN

About

We are running four workshops, learning to make dumplings from different places in the world.

Workshops will be held in partnership with St Sidwell's Community Centre, in their professional kitchen, taught by community members. Each workshop lasts for 2 and a half hours and will involve instruction and support to make dumplings.

Ingredients, aprons and utensils will be supplied, you just need to bring yourself in clean clothes!

We will be making dumplings for Dumpling Day. During the workshop we will cook the Dumplings we need for Dumpling Day - eat some of them together at the end of the workshop and freeze the rest. You will be welcome to come to the Custom House on 23rd (with family and friends) to enjoy the dumplings that we've made together. We will have more details about this at the workshop.

Workshops are offered on a Pay What You Can basis to cover costs. We suggest between £5-£10 - you are welcome to pay less if things are stretched at the moment, or more if you would like to subsidise someone else's place.
