Kenton Park Estate’s Conference Facilities are just outside of Exeter forming an integral part of the working Winery & Vineyard providing very versatile Function space. It's a unique setting for your Meeting & can be hired out for all occasions. 

Set within 20 acres of grounds overlooking beautiful rolling countryside, Kenton Park Estate makes the perfect location for your Off-Site Team Meetings, Business Seminars & Workshops, Team Building & Corporate Events, Classic Car Shows, Festivals & Special Events.

For larger Corporate Activities/Team Away Days we also have a large Paddock right next to the Winery Building which is perfect for Team Challenges, Marquees, Food & Drink Festivals, Car Shows, Charity Fun Events.

The Winery Building is a large space, a “Blank Canvas” that is ideal for 

Corporate Away Days and Team Building challenges. Our Events are extremely well organised and all Team members are fun, engaging & enthusiastic. We make sure we are an enjoyable Venue to work with!

The Estate was once part of the Powderham Castle Estate & is surrounded by sweeping countryside - a truly outstanding area of natural beauty. The south facing slopes & sandy soil, together with the mild and sunny climate are ideal for Wine production. The Estate has previously grown all of it’s own Grapes & made Wines in it's purpose built Winery Building. New Vines are being planted & the 1st Vintage will be ready in 2021. With over 15,000 Vines, the Estate will produce more than 40,000 Bottles of Wine annually.

Come and host your Breakfast Club Meeting here in The Winery Building and enjoy the best Coffee from our state-of-the-art Italian Espresso Machine and our own hand roasted Coffee served with delicious Croissants.

Take time away from the Office to work on your Corporate Strategy. We host many Events for Organisations who need "Creative Thinking" space - somewhere that is a little different.

The old Fermentation Tanks Room within The Winery Building provides a large space for Seminars & Workshops with fabulous outdoor space for break-out sessions.

We work with Adventure companies who bring in all the Equipment to make your Corporate Away Day a real success.

We have a very relaxed, informal setting here where your Staff can feel comfortable sharing information and their ideas at an Off-Site Team Meeting.

It's wonderful to see a Group who have really bonded as a result of a Team Building Event. There is no better way to unlock the potential of individuals and Teams.

We enjoy hosting Classic & high-performance Car Shows here on the Estate & have held several Breakfast Meetings for Torbay Motor Club including their Grand Cru Car Shows with Car Races starting off & ending at the Vineyard.

We have so much wonderful produce to showcase here in Devon and demand for Food & Drink Festivals has increased enormously especially when hosted in a unique setting.

From Fashion Shows to Product Launch Events for new Drink Brands - we have hosted them here at Kenton Park Estate.

New for 2021 are our Safari Beach Huts - these are great for when people book our Wine Safari Tours and we serve a Monster Deli Feast Platter in them .... we’ve already had several Wine Safari Tours since opening and we are now booked through right to the end of September.
