The Exeter Business Hub can be found on the prestigious Queen Street in Exeter City Centre. The street is a terrace of Georgian houses, built in 1841 by architect George Ferris. Formerly The South West Business Centre, The Hub has been under new ownership (for the first time in 35 years) since January 2019 and is undergoing complete refurbishment.
The Exeter Business Hub is proud to introduce it's two new rooms for hire. Already home to many established Exeter businesses, the Hub has refurbished two lower ground floor rooms of 48 Queen Street to act as flexible meeting or conference space.
The Exeter Business Hub can offer excellent transport links, being a couple of minutes walk from Exeter Central Train Station and a short walk from a number of bus stops. The Hub can also offer free parking adjacent to the Ferris room for weekend events.
Two conference rooms are available for hire, the Ferris room which is suitable for up to 16 delegates and the Purton room which is suitable for up to 25. The rooms have an adjoining door and can be hired separately or together. Tea, coffee and biscuits can be arranged for our guests and we offer a projector, flip chart & wall-mounted screen in both rooms.
As well as availability for private hire, The Exeter Business Hub will be hosting monthly networking events to provide business support and networking opportunities.
Both rooms come equipped with Wifi, TV, flipchart and pens. HDMI cable and Virtual video camera also available.
Tea & coffee option (£2 per head), free water.
