6. Take a walk along Exeter’s Quayside, enjoy the views and pop into one of the waterside cafes or pubs.

7. Cabaret Voltaire present the Valentines’ Vintage Ball at Exeter Phoenix on 16th February, with live music, cabaret and a vintage fancy dress theme!

8. Hop onto a GWR train to Exmouth or Dawlish, one of England’s most scenic rail routes, for a stroll along the beach.

9. The Exeter Rep present their Love in Disguise season at Barnfield Theatre, perfect for Valentine’s Day!  February is time for Twelfth Night to take the stage, tickets range between £15 and £29.50.
