Guest Blog: Get that Festive Feeling at the Miniature Pony Centre

Are you looking for a fun, family Christmas Experience? One with Santa and his elves, Christmas carolling and lots of miniature ponies? Then head to The Miniature Pony Centre this festive season for a magical day-out!

On 11^th, 12^th, 18^th and 19^th December, the centre is opening its doors for the first time ever this Christmas and what a joyful time it will be! We have lots going on including:

• Watching Santa arrive and listen to our perfect Christmas Story
• See Santa in his Grotto and get a Christmas gift
• Visit our elf station to write a letter to the Santa in the North Pole plus find out your elf name
• Kids get a free Christmas biscuit and glass of squash
• Walk a pony
• Take part in our other activities
• Finally get into the joyful spirit with our local choirs and entertainers throughout the days too

What about tickets?

This event is pre-booked tickets only. You must book your tickets online via our website www.miniatureponycentre.com and everyone needs a ticket.

Tickets for anyone aged 2 and over are £13.95- and 1–2-year-olds are £3.00. Your ticket will include everything you need for your visit.

Shop locally made gifts for your family and friends this season

Alongside our activity filled day we will also have lovely Christmas stalls filling our courtyard. We are welcoming local producers and artisans to come along and help you get your last-minute gifts.

We will have all sorts of lovely gifts here for you and these stalls will be trading from 10am – 4pm. Cash and card payments will be accepted by some but not all so please bring cash with you.

COVID precautions

Finally, this event will be in line with our COVID precautions. Areas will be well ventilated; you will be encouraged to social distance and wear your mask at times in inside areas. Santa will be COVID safe with no children sitting on Santa’s lap and adults will be required to wear a mask when visiting our grotto.
