ExeterSelfCatering - 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. Our independently owned and managed apartment offers excellent short stay, city centre accommodation to holiday and business travellers and is ideal for a family. Perfect for exploring Devon and Cornwall.

The very spacious ground floor accommodation, furnished in a contemporary style, includes a huge open plan living/dining room & kitchen. The living room has two sofas, a large, Smart TV/home entertainment centre and the dining area seats six. The kitchen, substantially upgraded in March 2017, is extremely well equipped, and includes everything you would expect at home.

The first bedroom includes a superking size double bed & an en-suite bathroom, newly fitted in November 2017. The second bedroom also includes a superking size double, with an adjacent full bathroom. Both superking beds convert to two full size singles, if required. Each bedroom contains a double wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Beds have luxury Egyptian linen duvets and sheets.

 We provide a very fast fibre internet connection connected to the big screen Smart TV/home entertainment centre and a tablet.

We ensure that the apartment has all the basics - and more - for your length of stay. This includes linen and towels, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, tea, coffee, full size toiletries, face cloths and some surprises. If you have any individual requests please ask.

A recent guest commented “We have stayed in many places around Exeter, but this is by far the best!”  another that it was “PERFECT in every way!” We are proud to be the highest individual guest rated apartment in Exeter on TripAdvisor, receiving 5* reviews every month since launching in 2014. We are the only individual Exeter self-catering/serviced apartment to win a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
