Challenge your family & friends with the Jurassic themed Adventure Golf course or exhilarating Climbing Wall plus enjoy the amazing adventure playground complete with multi-level adventure frame with slides, wobbly bridges, tunnels and obstacle course elements. The sheltered bay, with its sand washed pebbles and rock pools, is safe for bathing and offers water sports hire and is perfect for fishing at night. Ladram Bay is nestled on the Jurassic Coast between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton and is also within easy distance of a number of Devon’s attractions and walking routes within East Devon.
The Three Rocks Inn is your local, where you can enjoy a meal on the balcony ‘Pebbles restaurant’ and take in the spectacular panoramic views across the bay. Alternatively treat yourself to a traditional seaside favourite, Fish & Chips from Coast Takeaway. Don’t miss the Entertainment’s programme which is run daily and includes both top visiting acts and in-house production shows suitable for the whole family, promising you a holiday to remember.

Leave the M5 at Junction 30 (Exeter Services) and take the A3052 signposted to Sidmouth. At Newton Poppleford take the B3178 towards Budleigh Salterton and go through Colaton Raleigh. Go on for another mile and take a left turn at the brick monument signposted Otterton and Ladram Bay. Drive up through the village of Otterton and follow the signs to Ladram Bay.
