Large sliding doors from both bedrooms and the living space give level access onto the veranda. There are also discreet functional features such as wide doorways, a bespoke kitchen with adjustable height induction hob, side opening oven and pull out shelving unit. The property is adjacent to Larkbeare Grange B&B which is set in eight acres of land surrounded by countryside and is within easy reach of Dartmoor, Exmoor, beaches and the Jurassic Coast.
The enclosed garden is mainly lawn and is level with the decking on the veranda. There are wonderful views across the fields towards East Hill. The pond has been restored and is part of the garden – for those with children and dogs, please note that there is no fence. A warm water shower is on the veranda. Secure storage is available for motorbikes and bicycles. There is a Pod Point Electric Vehicle charger.
