You can start at either end: Seaton or Lyme Regis. Both lie on the A3052 from Exeter. The A3052 runs parallel to the reserve and a coastal footpath can be accessed from the A3052 by minor roads and tracks. There are car parks in Lyme Regis and Seaton.
Walkway available and linked in both directions to the coastal path. Cannot be accessed from the beach though. No cycle path due to the terrain. Bus route available from Axminster, Weymouth, Sidmouth and Exeter.
