Calling all runners, walkers and fitness enthusiasts visiting Exeter! Discover Exeter in an active way with a guided running tour around the historic city centre, quayside and riverside. Find the best 5k and 10k running routes and secret paths with your host, GB international Duathlete, Triathlete and runner Phil Wylie. Run, walk or jog at your pace round exeter with Phil and finish with some relaxation and a FREE tea/coffee and pastry with our partners The Tasting Room Cafe.

 

Who is it for?

On a weekend trip to Devon?  Visiting your son/daughter at university? If you can jog, run or walk briskly and would like to see more of Exeter following great routes that only a local runner would know then this is for you! All you need is weather appropriate clothing and trainers and a smile!

 

What's included?

-5/10k run at your pace

-Routes are tarmac and flat with one hill

-time for photos

-FREE tea/coffee & pastry

-5k/10k £25/£30 per person (£5 discount per person for groups of 5+)

 

Timings/availability

Running tours are available Wednesday till Monday beginning at 9am and run every 2hours with the last tour at 7pm. We cater for individuals and groups.

 

Meeting point

We work in partnership with the ‘Tasting Room’ cafe (Topsham Rd EE2 6AA) and the  ‘Tiny Tasting Room’ (city centre, EX1 1EY). We start our running tours at the most convenient cafe location for you and that coud be your hotel!

Head for the cathedral and look for the little alley to the right hand side of the currently demolished Clarence Hotel. The cafe is one the left hand side along the alley way.
