About

Ever thought about being an archaeologist when you grow up?

Come join us for a two hour workshop to learn all about archaeology at St Nicholas Priory. Discover the past through excavation, stratigraphy and crafting.

The morning session includes:

* A blanket dig and handling of archaeological finds
* Excavation trays to have a go at digging
* Making your own clay pot to take home with you

The session is suitable for children aged 7-12, but please let us know if you would like to bring younger or older children before booking. All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session.

Ticket price includes squash and biscuits. Doors open at 10:15 for a 10:30 start

Book both the morning and afternoon session on the same day for £18

To book both sessions and receive the discount, click 'book tickets' and select the number of tickets for the first session.
