Join me on a five-week Creative Writing for Wellbeing course and see the benefits which arise from taking time to invest in a creative outlet. No previous experience is needed. You’ll be guided through each writing activity in a non-judgemental and supportive atmosphere. We’ll explore themes such as: Mindfulness and Calm Change and Growth Storytelling for Self-Exploration Friday 24th Feb, March 3rd, 10th, 24th, 31st 10-11.30am Morning Class OR 1-2.30pm Afternoon Class About the tutor: Carla Jenkins is represented by Madeleine Milburn and her debut novel is due to be published by Hachette as a key title in 2024. Carla has been placed in several national and international writing competitions in the past three years and is currently studying for a PhD in Creative Writing whilst working on her second novel. She has a Masters in Creative Writing and is a fully qualified teacher. She also writes for Story Terrace. carla-jenkins.com
