Dawn to Dusk nature writing weekend with writer-in-residence William Henry Searle

Exeter Custom House, 46 The Quay, Exeter, EX2 4AN
Many open books laid out together

About

Bookended by the sunset and sunrise, writer-in-residence William Henry Searle will guide participants on a reflective weekend workshop, foregrounding the role of personal emotion and love in our nature writing practice.

Over a series of walks, personal time to write and guided workshops from Will participants will develop a piece of writing to be workshopped, with the chance for detailed feedback from Will.

Throughout the weekend participants will explore emotional ties to the natural world, whether through our relationships, memories, dreams, our childhood or family, and how that colours our experiences of place and nature.
