Exeter Cathedral - Holocaust: What the Allies Knew

About

On the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day, historian and author Jonathan Walker looks at new research into the appalling events of the Nazis’ Final Solution.

In his illustrated talk, he unveils how much the Allies knew about the extent of the slaughter of Jews and what they could have done to prevent it. The issues of ignorance and inaction resonate today as genocides continue to erupt around the world.

What, if anything, have we learnt from the tragic events of 70 years ago?
