The Apprenticeship Expo is the biggest Apprenticeship and careers event to take place in the South West annually, during National Apprenticeship week. This unique, free of charge event is designed to inspire, enthuse and motivate people to think about prospective careers and progression options.

Apprenticeships are available in a variety of sectors, at a range of levels – and open to people of ALL ages (16+)…
The route can be used by school leavers as a great alternative to full-time education – allowing individuals to kick-start their career, while gaining a qualification. Apprenticeships can also facilitate career change or used as a professional qualification for people in work, looking to hone their skills.

With over 50 employers exhibiting, the event gives visitors the chance to speak to real businesses and current apprentices to discover the benefits of earning and learning through an Apprenticeship.

This year we are planning a number of unique activities to ensure you get the most out of the Expo:
• NEW Schools Hour, from 1pm-2pm,
• NEW Demo Stage showcasing our current apprentice talent
• CV writing clinic
• Skills and job match
• Interactive activities
• NEW Speakers Corner with topical presentations and talks from industry experts
• Advice Zone with impartial Apprenticeship advisors
• Information on Higher Apprenticeships and how these could be a great alternative to university
