The Bill Douglas Cinema Museum is the leading museum of moving image history in the UK, with over 86,000 artefacts telling the story of cinema and the optical media that preceded it from shadow puppets to present-day blockbusters. We are free and open every day but this event will give people the opportunity to have a guided tour by the museum’s curator bringing the artefacts to life and putting them into context.
Go to the chapel side of the Old Library and meet at the building’s entrance. The tour on 10th September will take place 15:30-16:30.
