The central themes are the fuel crisis, the increasing cost of living, climate change, the divide between rural and urban communities, how far people go to survive and asks the question - how we can support rural communities in the wake of large infrastructure changes in the UK?
FREE creative workshop after the show (optional)
Do you want to be part of creating a short illustrated film?
Stick around after the show for a free and informal creative writing workshop based around the themes of the play, we'll also be joined by a community energy representative to hear a little bit about what they do. Whatever you create, whether that's a poem, prose, haiku or a short story (anything at all!), it could form part of a short illustrated film later in the year that will be screened at other rural venues...
So, grab a drink and some nibbles, and come and have a scribble for an hour!
