A swashbuckling adventure set in and around the royal court of France, adapted from the novel by Alexandre Dumas. Suitable for all ages. Set in the 1620s, a young swordsman comes to Paris, seeking to join the Royal guards. Initially refused, but determined to prove his worth and loyalty, he leads in thwarting plots against the King and Queen, by the King's chief advisor; Cardinal Richelieu, while making friends with three of the Kings Musketeers, in the process. With beautiful costuming, dramatic action scenes, and a fast moving story, performed by a team of professional actors aged 11 – 65 from around south Devon, and being filmed for TV broadcast in the USA, this is a production not to be missed.
