Writing Eco-fiction workshop with Natasha Carthew

About

During this workshop for all abilities, Natasha will discuss what it means to write what is perceived as an ecological novel and what part writing and reading such a novel plays in reawakening our senses to the natural world. The central theme of this workshop is connection to the wild places that surround us no matter where we live and includes activities to stimulate observation and explore what our future climate may look like, what current climate change effects are and what we can do as writers to inform the future by writing the wild into words.

We will meet outside Custom House. Please wear warm clothes and bring a notepad and pens/pencils. Booking is advisable.
