Child Safe Scheme

The award winning Princesshay shopping quarter operates the 'Little Shopper Stay Safe' scheme to help families enjoy a relaxed and safe day out by helping to minimise the distress of children and parents becoming separated in busy shopping areas. You can pick up a free wristband from Exeter Visitor Information & Tickets, then just fill in emergency contact information and attach it to your child for the duration of your shopping trip.

Stores and restaurants across Princesshay will display the Little Shopper Stay Safe logo and teddy bear mascot in their shop windows, identifying safe places for lost children and adults to seek assistance.  Please call the Princesshay security team on 01392 456548, who will then help you find your child by visiting the stores and restaurants displaying the Little Shopper Bears.

For more information, call Exeter Visitor Information & Tickets on 01392 665700 or email evit@exeter.gov.uk

The Guildhall Shopping is a Child Safe Zone. Child Safe Zones offer free wristbands alloChild Safe Logowing children to carry their parent or guardian’s contact mobile number safely. There is a wrist band dispenser located next to the wallmounted Store Finders around the centre. If you lose your child, simply ring the number clearly displayed on the Child Safe Zones stickers or posters for direct contact with the Guildhall Shopping Centre security team.
