Exit the M5 at junction 30. Following the signs for Exeter, stay in the middle lane until you pass under the motorway, then switch to left hand lane and take the left onto the dual carriageway. Follow the signs for Plymouth on the A379. The hotel is on your left at the Matford roundabout.
