Submit Event

You can now enter your event directly onto www.visitexeter.com free of charge by completing and submitting the form below. Your record will then be stored in our database, verified and, if appropriate, made live on the website. We aim to make events live within 72 hours. Please note: 

• Visit Exeter is not obliged to list events submitted here and reserves the right to edit or decline any event.
• If we feel your event is not relevant to the Exeter visitor it will not be added.
• Events must occur at a venue or location within Exeter or the nearby surrounding area.
• Forms submitted without an image will be declined.
• Forms submitted in capital letters and with spelling errors will be declined.
• Please choose a specific location from the drop down box provided (e.g.: Exeter, Topsham etc.)
• For best results when uploading an image please make sure it is in a landscape format and should be at least 1220 pixels wide by 689 pixels high.
• Please ensure to add Alt Text to your images.
• Images larger than 2 MB in file size will create an error message after selecting 'SUBMIT' and your event will NOT be sent through to us.
• Fields marked with * are mandatory and will need to be filled for your event to be accepted.
• Some advice about event descriptions. It is preferable if the text uses impersonal contructions instead of first person pronouns like 'I' or 'we'. Think of it like a press release!

You will be unable to update your event once the form has been submitted, please contact us with any amendments.
