Situated just 1 mile from Exeter city centre and 20 minutes’ drive from Dartmoor National Park and the sandy beaches of South Devon, the University is the perfect location for a holiday or a short break in Devon. The Streatham Campus has a number of unique Halls of Residence set in 300 acres of Green Flag awarded gardens. In particular, our visitors can enjoy:

Bed and breakfast and room only accommodation available during Easter and Summer. We offer a variety of bedrooms available on a bed and breakfast and room-only basis.
Weekend Breaks in the Heart of Devon
With overnight accommodation close to the centre of Exeter, the University campus is an ideal place to base yourself for a weekend break. Nestled in 300 acres of parkland and botanical gardens, it offers a tranquil haven within walking distance of all the action. Just a short drive away, you’ll reach the beautiful Devonshire countryside and the stunning Jurassic coastline.

Self-Catering accommodation available during the summer. The flats at Rowe House, located on a quiet part of the campus and round the corner from the outdoor swimming pool, provide ideal self-catering accommodation during the Summer for families and small groups.

We are closer than you think! The M4 and M5 link directly from London, the Midlands, South Wales, the North and Scotland – we are only 3 hrs from London!
Getting in and around the city couldn’t be easier. We have a public bus that comes directly onto campus (the D bus) and are just a 15 minute walk away from the city centre, 5 minutes from a mainline train station and 20 minutes from Exeter International Airport.
