About

Winner of the award for Best Classic Gin at the Great British Food Awards 2020, judged by Olly Smith who said...

"Bold aromas, excellent aromatic depth, stacks of fragrance and a big hit of juniper all deliver compelling complexity and I could not wait to dive in. Sipping this feels like a massive luxurious treat. Glossy and richly textured with juniper banging a deep bass drum, this glorious gin reverberates with refreshing citrus layers and a kick of zesty spice. It’s epic – a proper festival of flavours. And with tonic, I could drink it by the bucket!"

Exeter's own premium gin made in small batches and produced in a traditional copper still. This robust yet smooth gin celebrates Exeter's Roman heritage and occupation between circa AD55 and AD380, "ISCA Dumnoniorum' describing flowing water in reference to the the River Exe.

Distillers have carefully selected 16 different botanicals to create Exeter Gin's unique flavour. In line with Exeter's Roman heritage subtle tones of Tarragon, Basil, Cardamon and Marigold combine with a light spicy finish from the Pink & Black Peppercorns. High quality Juniper berries give the gin a full depth of flavour balanced with the other botanicals resulting in an exceptionally smooth and desirable gin.

Order online, or buy locally at Waitrose Exeter, Darts Farm, Chandos Deli and Regency Wines, plus selected stores outside Exeter in the local area. Also available at some of Exeter's independent pubs and bars, including Oddfellows, On the Waterfront, Exeter Golf & Country Club, Southernhay House, and many more - visit www.exetergin.com to view all stockists.
