Exeter Seed Bank has twinned with the Palestine Local Seed Bank, which is preserving the heritage of Palestinian seed and supporting farmers in the West Bank with seed. We come together in solidarity for their right to save seed and grow food. As the situation in West Bank deteriorates, we are deeply concerned for their safety and the continuation of their vital work. Soil is the source of culture, connection and our very existence. The exhibition of extraordinary images using electron microscopy are of soil taken from our allotment and from the West Bank.
Workshop: Sunday 15 June, 1:30pm – 3:30pm: Make a clay pinch pot to give in aid of Palestine Local Seed Bank. Take a fired pot with seeds beloved in Palestine and start a seedling. Suggested donation for clay pot: £3
