All are welcome to this special event in Exeter Cathedral's wonderful Chapter House to celebrate the publication of 'Loving Yourself.'
Many people are familiar with the phrase 'Love your neighbour as yourself'. This book considers the background and context of these words; what it means (and what it doesnt mean) to have love for ourselves; and how we can love ourselves in a way which enables us to love our neighbour. The book offers practical suggestions and, yes, wrestles with some of the trickier parts too.
There's more about the book at http://richardfrostauthor.com/
If you would like to come, it would be helpful if you could contact Richard via his website to let him know.
A service of Choral Evensong will take place in the Cathedral at 5.30pm if you wished to go to that also.
