Day Tripper Events roll into Exeter as we take over Bomba for a proper over-30s daytime rave, bringing sunshine vibes and serious old-school energy.

Were going right back to the birth of rave and jungle, headlined by two true originators of the scene:

Uncle Dugz

A true jungle authority and one of the most respected names in UK rave culture.

DJ, broadcaster, author and promoter, Uncle Dugs has been living and shaping jungle and drum & bass since 1991.

Best known for his legendary Rinse FM show and Vibena events, Dugs bridges generations with sets that move seamlessly through old-school jungle, hardcore and D&B, always focused on pure rave energy. A multiple award-winner and regular at the world's biggest festivals and venues, his sets are all vibes, no filler.

Altern 8

One of the most iconic figures in UK rave history.

As Altern 8, Mark Archer helped take hardcore rave into the mainstream with chart-smashing anthems like Activ-8, Top of the Pops appearances, and the legendary album Full-On Mask Hysteria.

From Bizarre Inc and Nexus 21 to Altern 8 and beyond, Archer has spent nearly four decades shaping electronic music, while still keeping it firmly rooted in the underground. Today, Altern 8 remains a devastating force on dancefloors worldwide, from Glastonbury and Boomtown to Bangface and EDC Vegas.
