Doors will open at 7pm , start at 7.30pm (admission after this time will be at the organiser's discretion). End time approx. 9.20pm (including a 15 minute interval).
There will be a small bar available selling drinks and snacks

Any profit made from the event will go to Whipton community association to help with the upkeep of Whipton community hall and future events.
