About

Art Exhibition in aid of Exeter Riding for the Disabled, (RDA) - The Lord Mayor of Exeter, councillor Anne Jobson's chosen charity.

Three local artists have come together to mount an important exhibition of their work in aid of the RDA.

- Danny Holmes-Adams:

Danny has a growing international reputation for his oil paintings of land and seascapes and more recently, beautiful still-life subjects. A master of colour and light, he produces work that inspires the viewer.

Described in the press as a "beacon of creativity" he is an asset to the art scene in the south west.

- Penny Silverthorne:

Penny is a widely acclaimed artist with a booming business, exporting art and gift stationery world wide .

Her commissions have included designs for major high street stores including Laura Ashley.

Penny's landscape paintings transmit the passion she has for the natural world through her distinctive and inspirational use of colour and texture.

- Clive Richards:

Clive is a late-entry artist having been a professional rugby player, a Royal Marines officer and an entrepreneur.

His unique style has lit up people's imagination over the last ten years and he has mounted many successful exhibitions including two in Exeter Cathedral's Chapter House.

Last year Clive was invited by the Lady Mayoress of London to auction his work at The Mansion House in aid of a children's charity.

Clive is also the treasurer for Exeter's Riding for the Disabled
