Taking place on the 5th July, Princesshay invites visitors and residents of Exeter to mark their calendars and join them for Ready Set Rugby in celebration of 50 days to go until the Women's Rugby World Cup begins.
Ready Set Rugby will take place in Princesshay Square on Saturday 5th July from 11am to 3pm and is a free family event that promises a day of entertainment and fun to celebrate the Women's Rugby World Cup coming to the city.
All ages are welcome to join in with the activities taking place including free face painting (with a suggested charity donation to Princesshay's Charity of the Year Vranch House), a rugby themed doodle wall for budding artists and a rugby rodeo. Visitors will also be able to enjoy live acoustic music from Adam Moran and Roger Styles.
Sports enthusiasts can take part in a non-contact rugby taster session led by Exeter City Community Trust, in collaboration with members of the Exeter Chiefs Women's Team, as part of the Stive 215 programme.
