'Body Writes – Creative Space' micro retreat and workshop at Reclaim Festival 2026 with Ceri Baker, former Bard of Exeter.
2 hours of no-pressure creative writing prompts, poetry, yoga stretch, sound and gong bath, space and gentle sharing. With Chai, sweet treats, self-massage, to find creative space, nurture, rest and calm.
Ceri Baker has developed a practice called 'Body Writes', combining accessible yoga, breath work and music to support writing from an 'Embodied' place.
Whatever your needs, you are very welcome to join this workshop. If you have any access requirements that would help make attending possible, please contact welcome@exeternorthcott.co.uk to discuss them and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
This event is part of Reclaim Festival, our yearly celebration of women in the arts. Featuring brilliant new writing, not-so-new-but-also-brilliant writing, workshops, music and more, immerse yourself in locally sourced female greatness, to be enjoyed by everyone.
