Budleigh Salterton was deeply affected by the tragic events of Christmas Day 2025 when two men perished at sea. We have partnered with the RNLI for this fund-raising event to open this year's festival. We want to acknowledge the loss of both men and to honour Matthew Upham, a dear friend and supporter of the festival with a mixture of celebratory and reflective music. This concert will feature some remarkable musicians from saxophone to opera.
