Topsham Art Group Summer Exhibition opens on Saturday 15 August for a fortnight at Topsham School. This is always a fabulous event - all work is original – framed and unframed paintings and prints, sculpture and ceramics.
There are a great range of unique cards available for purchase.
Look out for the prize-winners
• Estuary Cup for the best overall entry to the show.
• Douglas Dart Trophy for the best view of Topsham.
• Brook Gallery Award for the best print in show.
• Joy Armstrong Trophy – the public’s favourite entry. Don’t forget to vote!
• Up to six commendations from our guest opener, who this year will be the talented artist Lisa Parkyn.
The three prizes in our raffle are original artworks with work by Chris Forsey, Melissa Wishart and Wendy Harrison. Half of the proceeds go to our nominated charity which this year is Force Cancer Charity.
Children’s Festival Workshop Display
We are celebrating our 60th anniversary this year. One of the treats has been working with Topsham’s Smock Club. The results of the children’s Festival workshop will be on display at the exhibition – don’t miss it!
