Pho is small and informal yet serves great value, deliciously healthy and authentically prepared Vietnamese food! Pho is the national dish of Vietnam but there’s much more to it than just a meal. It is a soul food, the street food and a source of national pride.

At Pho it’s kept simple. The short menu means they can specialise in a small number of Vietnamese street foods, as well as ensuring everything is made fresh in house every day. All the dishes are flavoured with Asian spices and brimmed with herbs.

Additionally, as the noodles are rice noodles the majority of the menu is wheat free, gluten free, dairy free and very low in fat. If you pass on the noodles it’s carb free too.

Pho is never boring. Once you’ve chosen from the menu, you determine the final taste at the table by the extent to which you garnish your meal with the fresh herbs and sauces it’s served with – it’s up to you
