The Old Firehouse is located on New North Road in Exeter city centre, just a short walk from the High Street and Exeter Cathedral. From the M5, leave at Junction 30 and follow signs for Exeter city centre. Continue towards the city centre and follow signs for New North Road. There are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the pub, including the nearby Bampfylde Street and Princesshay car parks.
The Old Firehouse is easy to reach by public transport in Exeter city centre. Exeter Central railway station is around a 5-minute walk from the pub, with regular local and regional train services. Exeter St David’s station is approximately a 15–20 minute walk or a short taxi ride away. Exeter Bus Station and city centre bus stops are also within easy walking distance.
