Widely acknowledged to be one of Exeter’s best ale and cider pubs, The Old Firehouse is very popular with students and locals alike and offers a buzzy atmosphere along with a great range of food and drink at reasonable prices. Serving the famous square pizzas, large enough to share or enjoy the challenge as well as a fantastic Sunday Roast, with vegan and vegetarian options, there’s so much choice that no-one goes hungry!
We serve food daily from 4pm and midday at the weekends. Children over 10 are welcome from 12 noon to 5pm, after which we operate a strict over 18s policy.
As well as our famous Monday quiz hosted by Terry & Jude, we also host a great range of regular free live music events including an Open Mic night every other Thursday.
