Flight Club landing in Exeter

Exeter’s nightlife scene is about to get a major new addition as Flight Club Exeter prepares to open its Queen Street doors on Friday 11 December.

Bringing together award-winning cocktails, delicious sharing food and its unique Social Darts experience, Flight Club promises to be one of the city's most exciting new entertainment venues. The new venue will span two floors and welcome up to 300 guests, creating a vibrant new destination for everything from festive celebrations and after-work drinks to birthdays, student nights and weekend get-togethers. 

Before the grand opening in December, the local Exeter community can book their slots for a Soft Launch at Flight Club Exeter.

What is Flight Club?

Since launching its first venue in London's Shoreditch in 2015, Flight Club has transformed the traditional game of darts into a high-energy social experience enjoyed by millions across the globe. Today, the brand boasts venues across the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland and recently celebrated the incredible milestone of one billion darts thrown.

The concept combines cutting-edge technology, premium cocktails, delicious food and unforgettable entertainment, all wrapped up in a setting designed to bring people together for moments of unexpected joy.

A Devon success story comes home

The arrival of Flight Club in Exeter is particularly special because the idea was first born in Devon.

Back in 2012, co-founders Steve Moore and Paul Barham were chatting in a Devon pub when they noticed a group of young people completely engrossed in a game of darts. Inspired by the atmosphere and excitement, they set out to reinvent the game for a new generation, eventually launching the first Flight Club venue three years later.

Now, more than a decade later, the brand is returning to its roots with its newest venue right here in Exeter.

Step inside Exeter's newest entertainment venue

The new Queen Street venue will transform the former Revolution site into Flight Club's signature fairground-inspired playground. Visitors can expect dazzling interiors featuring Victorian fairground influences, carnival-style lighting, carousel-inspired features and plenty of Instagram-worthy corners.

Combining nostalgic charm with contemporary design, every Flight Club venue is created to feel both spectacular and welcoming, capturing the warmth of a traditional British pub alongside the excitement of a vintage fairground.

And with the venue opening just in time for Christmas, guests can also expect festive decorations, Christmas trees and seasonal touches throughout.

Cocktails, sharing food, and festive treats

Flight Club isn't just about the games. Food and drink play an equally important role in the experience.

The menu features sourdough pizza paddles, sharing platters and small plates that are perfect for groups, alongside an extensive drinks menu packed with signature cocktails and creative twists on classic favourites.

For the festive season, visitors can look forward to seasonal specials including the Sleigh My Margarita and Winter Hugo, alongside festive bites such as pigs in blankets, pulled turkey sliders, crispy brie bites and truffle and parmesan pizza pinwheels.

Brunch, parties, and nights out

Whether you're catching up with friends over brunch, celebrating a birthday, organising a work social or planning an unforgettable Christmas party, Flight Club Exeter has been designed with group experiences in mind.

The venue will also offer its famous Bottomless Brunch every Saturday and Sunday. The two-hour experience includes 60 minutes of Social Darts, unlimited pizza and a bottle of prosecco per person, creating the perfect weekend treat.

Be among the first through the doors

Ahead of the grand opening, Flight Club is offering Exeter residents the chance to experience the venue before anyone else.

As part of an exclusive soft launch running from 15 October, those who sign up to the Flight Club Exeter community will receive free Social Darts and 25% off food and drink, making it the perfect opportunity to discover the city's newest social hotspot before the official opening.
