We have a new walled garden in the centre of Exeter, an oasis we can’t wait to share with you. We also have new garden rooms, and have refurbished many of our existing rooms too. Always book direct with us for the best rate available.

Visiting the University of Exeter? We are the perfect location for your visit. Find our townhouse just a 15 minute walk away from the University of Exeter. Enjoy a comfortable stay with us, whilst visiting friends and family.
Breakfast to fuel your day! You can choose from a variety of breakfast options to suite your taste. Our continental breakfast includes an array of croissants, local Devonshire cheeses and fresh fruits, accompanied by homemade jams. We offer a delicious Full English, vegetarian and vegan too, as well as omelettes which are cooked fresh to order. We are proud to be collaborating with more and more local suppliers, giving our guests the best of Devonshire produce.
Coming by train? Find us less than a 10 minute walk from Exeter St. Davids, or a less than 5 minute walk from Exeter Central Station.
About us
Housed within a beautiful Grade II listed townhouse, we offer comfortable accommodation in single bed, twin bed, king bed, and family rooms; both ensuite and non-ensuite. All rooms have flat screen TV’s, free ultra fast Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, and are each individually decorated.
We also have a beautiful walled garden, our hidden oasis in the city. Relax and enjoy a moment of calm at the end of the day.

On the M5 follow to Devon. Take exit 29 from M5. Follow Honiton Road and B3183 to Richmond Road Exter.
Via A30 (and Exeter Aiport), follow B3184, Honiton Road, and B3183 to Hele Road in Exeter. Take Queens Terrace to Richmond Road.
We are a 5 minute walk away from Exeter Central train station. From the station turn right onto Queens Street, then turn left onto Richmond Road. We are a 10 minute walk from St Davids Station. Walk South on Isambard Parade, then turn left to stay on Isambard Parade. Then turn right onto Bonhay Road, turn left towards St David Hill. Then turn left onto Richmond Hill.
