The Home Ed Drama Club is back!

Alibi and Anthos Arts are thrilled to be once again be offering weekly Drama sessions for Home Educated children ages 9-12.

This autumn, we're stepping into the wacky and wonderful world of pantomime as we create our very own Home Ed panto, culminating in a festive performance for family and friends at Alibi this ChristmasOh yes we are!With a pinch of magic, a dusting of Good and Evil, a sprinkle of silliness and plenty of laughs to go around, this is not a term to be missed!

Our Home Ed Drama Club gives children the opportunity to build confidence, make friends, and explore their creativity through drama, while teaching the fundamentals of performance including acting, improvisation, storytelling, puppetry and physical theatre. It is the perfect place for those who love to perform, or who would like to give it a go for the first time; no experience needed!

We also explore the many roles that bring a production to life behind the scenes. So, if your child enjoys theatre but would rather not perform, they'll have the opportunity to discover other creative ways to be part of the magic.

The Home Ed Drama Club is recommended for ages 9-12; however, if your child is outside of this age range, but would be interested then please get in touch, as we may be able to accommodate them. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to socialise, express themselves, and develop new skills in a supportive and friendly environment.

Price: 8.50 per session (102 full term) plus booking fee
We are happy to offer paid trial places for the first 5 weeks of term (18/09 - 16/10).Session times: 10am - 12pm on Friday mornings

Anthos Arts
Sessions will be run by Jake and Issy from Anthos Arts.
Anthos Arts are an Exeter based company who have been delivering Drama classes for over ten years to children and young people ages 6-18, including the popular Alibi Summer Holiday Club. Their work seeks to create safe, supportive environments for young people to express themselves creatively.
