Build strength, grace and balance in this welcoming barre class with elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga.
Designed for all levels, each class combines low-impact, full-body movement to improve posture, core strength, flexibility and balance. Expect uplifting music, mindful movement and an encouraging atmosphere where you can challenge yourself at your own pace.
Whether you're new to barre or returning to exercise, you'll be guided through flowing sequences using the barre for support, with options to suit every ability. Every class includes a warm-up, strengthening exercises, and stretching, leaving you feeling stronger, more aligned and energised.
July workshops take place every Wednesday at Pinhoe Community Centre (America Hall). Bring a yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a bottle of water.
Come and enjoy an hour dedicated to moving well, feeling good and investing in your wellbeing.
