(Former Bard of Exeter) returns to Exeter Comedy festival with ‘All the Rage’ - a fast-paced, music-infused, comedy poetry show.
Part cabaret, part confessional, Ed will blend unsettling new poems with “remixed” musical fan favourites.
He may even try some crowd work too. God help us.
“Tripp doesn’t so much straddle or have one foot in the camps of comedy and storytelling but instead finds perfect harmony between them - each element of humour accentuating the spoken word, each poetic structure lifting stories to new heights.
Tripp’s poetic moments are a treat, cohesive and engaging, and for newcomers, is the finest introduction to the marvels of spoken word”
