About

Shetland comedian Marjolein has been mixing folklore and stand-up for years and she's not going to stop. But she’s doing a work-in-progress show this year to have a big think. Come along and join for stories, jokes and fiddle tunes.

Marjolein was a finalist in Channel 4’s Sean Lock Comedy Award and BBC New Comedy Awards, and she was shortlisted for the prestigious Sir Billy Connolly Spirit of Glasgow Award.

‘Phenomenal’ (List)

‘Spellbinding’ (One4Review)

‘A fine mix of surreal storytelling whimsy, winsome silliness and scatological filth’ (ThreeWeeks)
