Got a song that reminds you of someone who raised you, held you, hyped you, or had your back when it mattered most?

Throughout the week, we're hyping up the mixtape; building a living, growing dedication book where you can share songs and shout outs to the best womxn (and womxnhood in all its forms) that shape us.

Write a message. Make it messy, make it meaningful. Dedicate a banger to your best mate, your auntie, your ex, yourself. No rules.

We'll be adding your songs to a shared playlist that will be playing throughout the week, and some will be woven into our Ceilidh-oke finale with live shout outs and big collective singalongs.

Before the Ceilidh-oke, join us for a hands-on drop-in crafting session where you can create something wearable for the night ahead. Expect ribbons, flowers, tartan… a little folk, or a little punk! Think garlands, crowns, corsages… some individual, creative sprinkles for your outfit.

Come make, create, dedicate, and most of all… be part of something shared.

This event is part of Reclaim Festival, our yearly celebration of women in the arts. Featuring brilliant new writing, not-so-new-but-also-brilliant writing, workshops, music and more, immerse yourself in locally sourced female greatness, to be enjoyed by everyone.
