British rapper and spoken word artist Kae Tempest has announced that she will be performing in Norwich this December following shows across the globe. Tempest is known for her narrative poem ‘Brand New Ancients’, which saw her perform a sell-out run in New York and the UK as well as her most recent poetry collection ‘Hold Your Own’. Her debut solo album, ‘Everybody Down’ was released in 2014, with her debut novel ‘The Bricks that Built the House’ coming out earlier this year. The Mercury Award nominated star has a number of accolades under her belt including the Ted Hughes Award for New Work in Poetry and a Herald Angel at the Edinburgh Fringe. Don’t miss your chance to see one of our greatest spoken performers live.
