Nature Doodles Workshop with Megan Dowsett

About

How do you doodle? Using an array of seed pods, sticks, leaves and cones children will have the chance to create temporary artworks, known as Nature Doodles. Without lifting a pen or pencil, each child will have the chance to doodle individually before creating a bigger, collaborative piece, seeing the magic that can happen when we all work together. Nature Doodles are an invitation to play – experience the sensory delights of nature and create something that you’ve never seen before! This workshop is led by Megan Dowsett, an Exeter-based artist exploring connection with people, place and nature. Nature Doodles has formed an important part of her practice for over two years. Adult supervision required. Resources on the day will be limited to children who have allocated tickets, and we politely ask that accompanying adults bear this in mind when attending the event as we would not want anyone to be disappointed.
