James McVinnie will be performing the first seasonal concert of our 2025 Summer Concert Series, celebrating exceptional organ music in one of the country's most atmospheric and historic sacred spaces.
Renowned for his dynamic performances and boundary-pushing repertoire, McVinnie brings his signature flair to the Cathedral's magnificent organ in a programme that promises to be both powerful and profoundly moving. The recital features a rich tapestry of English and European works, including:
