Enjoy some organic loose-leaf herbal Immuni-Tea, as Yasmin guides you through the process of creating a potent batch of Winter Elixir (a fun twist on Elderberry Syrup). Participants will receive a bottle of syrup and an informative handout with recipes, book recommendations, and top tips.

Participants will learn practical and effective tools to support all members of the family throughout the cold winter months, including preventative measures and natural remedies to encourage a speedy recovery.

Yasmin Kerr, founder of Honeysuckle Herbal, is a Medical Herbalist practising in Exeter, Topsham & Ottery St Mary. Yasmin spends most of her time consulting patients, running workshops, foraging, and making medicine with plants. She is dedicated to making private healthcare affordable, accessible, and sustainable for people and the planet.
