Guest blog: Don't miss the Cotley Farm Christmas Experience

Make yours a Cotley Christmas and join us for another magical year of festive fun on the farm. We love that a visit to us has become an annual Christmas tradition for so many families - we love celebrating the joy that Christmas brings!

Opening on Friday 25th November through to Christmas Eve, you can book a visit slot to come and choose your perfect Christmas tree or visit the reindeer and other farm animals. Take in the incredible views overlooking East Devon whilst enjoying a coffee and cake from the takeaway cafe. As well as this, you can pick up a handmade wreath, order your turkey, explore the Nativity barn and shop for beautiful gifts and delicious local produce in the Christmas Farm Shop.

All involved at Cotley Farm can’t wait to have everyone join them again for another year!

Festive events

Christmas Nativity - 20th and 21st December

Please join us for an interactive Children’s Nativity Service at Cotley Farm. An interactive afternoon talking us through the Christmas Story in collaboration with Cranbrook Church. Children are encouraged to dress up as their favourite Nativity character and come along and be involved.

Nativity starts at 3:30pm, arrive from 2:45pm. Aimed at ages 3-11. Mulled wine and mince pies served afterwards. You're welcome to look around the farm before or after the service.

Wreath and Garland Making - 6th December

The wonderful Sarah Pepper will show you how to make your own stylish wreath or a 3ft garland spray to decorate your front door. Her simple step by step stages will ensure that you make a decoration to be proud of. We'll be using a selection of locally grown fresh foliages and trimming with cones, ribbons and dried fruits.

Join us for mulled wine, mince pies and an evening of inspiration amongst the twinkling fairy lights. You will also have the opportunity to browse in our festive farm shop during your evening at Cotley Farm. Find out more here.

Festive Flower Demonstration - 14th December

Sarah Pepper will be demonstrating a selection of festive decorations to inspire you to make for your own at home. Her stunning, easy to recreate, step by step designs and top tips will get you one step ahead with your Christmas preparations.
