Art Week 2025: DWP Deaths Make Me Sick: Gustav Szabo

To celebrate the drop of the latest Mad Scientist brew, the Cuckoo Taproom and bottleshop space transforms into a live creative hub. Expect spray paint sessions, a live DJ spinning all day, awesome beer, and next-level Mexican street food. This isn't your average launch – it's a full-on takeover blending urban art, bold flavours, and craft culture. One night only. Limited space. Big vibes, no fuss. Come through, catch the action, and be part of something fresh. Don't miss it.
Gustav Szabo, known as Szabotage, is a street artist and designer from Hove, UK. Trained in architecture, he began his career in London before relocating to Hong Kong, where he gained prominence through sold-out exhibitions and collaborations with brands like Louis Vuitton and Roger Dubuis. His work is defined by bold colours, cultural references, and a distinctive layered stencil technique that brings personality to each piece. His signature Koi fish symbol represents strength, resilience, and good fortune. Now based on Devon's English Riviera, Szabotage continues to create impactful art, both locally and on the global stage.
